Online Duplicate Requirements

In order to receive a duplicate license or non-driver identification card you must have the following:

• Your name
• Your date of birth
• Your mailing address
• A valid credit or debit card (you must be an authorized user on the card)
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Note: Your name, date of birth, and mailing address must match our current records. We are unable to make any changes on a duplicate driver license or non-driver identification card. To make changes you must make an appointment to visit one of our DMV locations. You can make an appointment at www.nh.gov/dmv.
